Full-time Field Technician – Low Voltage Systems Installation and Service

Symtech Solutions is a provider of healthcare communication solutions such as nurse call, wander prevention, infant protection, etc. to long term care facilities and hospitals in PA, NJ, DE, MD & D.C. We are seeking a full-time Field Technician with 2-5 years low voltage technical experience. The position is responsible for performing complex tasks including installing cable, programming system changes and expansion, along with troubleshooting/repairs and 24/7 on-call emergency services on a rotational basis. Geographic area for this position is Baltimore, Washington, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware with periodic overnight stay in surrounding areas.

Position requirements:

  • Organized, reliable and responsible team player
  • Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
  • 3 years’ experience with low voltage communication products/services, including cabling & terminations
  • Working knowledge of data networking, computer setup and installation of applications and use of PC
  • Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams and blueprints
  • Aptitude for learning new technologies and applications
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work with others, including customers and other contractors
  • Clean background with valid driver’s license.

Full-time Inside Operations Coordinator

Symtech Solutions is a provider of healthcare communication solutions such as nurse call, wander prevention, infant protection, etc. to long term care facilities and hospitals in PA, NJ, DE, MD & D.C. We are seeking a full-time Inside Operations Coordinator with 2-5 years’ experience in a similar position. The position is responsible for coordination of installation, project management and ongoing system repair service, as well as tight coordination between our sales group, customers, installation and service department. The operation coordinator is a crucial component in assuring successful installations and ongoing service, resulting is 100% customer satisfaction.

Position requirements:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Reliable and responsible team player
  • Ability to multitask along with strong communication and organizational skills
  • 2-5 years’ workplace experience working within a service company
  • Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams and blueprints
  • Aptitude for learning new technologies and applications
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work with others, including customers and other contractors
  • Clean driving record and clear background check

Full-time Healthcare Communication Systems Sales

Symtech Solutions is a provider of healthcare communication solutions such as nurse call, wander prevention, infant protection, etc. to long term care facilities and hospitals in PA, NJ, DE, MD & D.C. We are seeking a full-time Healthcare Communications System Sales Representative with 2-5 years’ experience in a similar position. The position is responsible for identifying and qualifying new customers, developing sales strategies, negotiating, then closing profitable projects within the healthcare marketplace. In addition, this representative will be expected to work in conjunction with the company’s marketing efforts to develop new clients and opportunities.

Position requirements:

  • Strong communications and organizational skills
  • Independent work ethic and self-motivated
  • Excellent sales, presentation and closing skills
  • “Hunter Mentality” to seek out new prospects
  • Ability to develop pipeline through cold calling, prospecting, marketing campaigns and networking
  • Technology driven to learn product knowledge and competitive products
  • Strong account management skills

Education / Experience:

  • College degree
  • Minimum three-five years business-to-business outside sales experience
  • Experience in the healthcare marketplace
  • Experienced healthcare professional with nursing or patient care experience seeking a sales career will also be considered
  • Salesforce CRM experience is a plus.
